First, you need to go online and find a highly rated driver update software. You will want to look for a 5 cow rating from Tucows or some other rating service. Additionally, you will want to find one that works for Windows 7, Vista, XP, and Windows 2000. This will let you know the software keeps up to date with a wide variety of platforms. At the very least, it needs to work with your Windows operating system.
Next, you will want to download the software and run the scan. It should list your printer as needing a driver. At that point, you will need to purchase the software to download the new drivers.
